At KREATIVE JOURNEY, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below, along with our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.


1. Return Eligibility Criteria

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

  • The return request is raised within the specified time frame

Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be initiated within  10 DAYS from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


3. Refund Process and Timing

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-25 BUSINESS DAYS.

  • Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Exchange

We do not offer exchanges for any products.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 10 DAYS of delivery by contacting pinkx392@gmail.com and providing:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by KREATIVE JOURNEY.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)

  • Items returned without original packaging or beyond the return time frame


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, return shipping costs will be borne by KREATIVE JOURNEY.

  • For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.


8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy instead.


9. Limitation of Liability

KREATIVE JOURNEY is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched, except as required under applicable law. Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
